1.) Baker
Job Description
  • Preparation of pastries and bakery items for large number of customers.
  • Inspect and ensure proper colour combination for all baked items.
  • Ensure proper storage of all inputs in refrigerators and freezers.
  • Assist and support bakery chief and other bakers.
  • Assist to achieve departmental budgeted sales and profit targets
2.) Butcher
Job Description
  • Prepare, Cut, Trim and/or Package consumer-sized portions of meat for use or sale in retail establishments.
  • Prepare special cut of meat as ordered by customers.
  • Cut, trim, bone, tie and grind meats such as beef, pork, poultry and fish for preparation as meat in cooking form.
  • Assist to achieve department budgeted sales and profit target.

3.) Cook

Job Description
  • To prepare delicious and tasty meals that supersedes customers’ expectation and satisfaction.
  • To provide meals at competitive prices and at reduced cost while eliminating shrinkage and at minimal wastage.
  • Also to ensure that a high standard of (personal and professional) hygiene is maintained in the kitchen/production area before, during and after the production process.
  • Assist to achieve departmental budgeted sales and profit targets.

4.) Accountant

Job Description
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

5.) Warehouse Operations Manager
Location: Omole, Lagos

Job Summary
  • We are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
  • You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
  • Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
  • Prepare annual budget
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
  • Plan work roster, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
  • Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.)
  • Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
  • Minimum Qualification/ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
  • Two to Three year’s Proven work experience as a warehouse manager.
Other Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven work experience as a warehouse manager
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
  • Leadership skills and ability manage staff

6.) Fresh Sales Manager
Job Description
  • To apply the company’s wide variety bakery/butchery/fruits & vegetable/dairy/frozen range and display policy to the satisfaction of customers; and with aim of giving an unparalleled product experience.
  • Plans sales activities, make sales calls and follow-ups as planned, gains a reputation for reliability.
  • To help drive the business in the department by ensuring the availability of all range of product both in prescribed quality and quantity with proper utilization of space and display management.
  • To achieve departmental budgeted sales and profit targets.
  • Sales/ Customer Base; Identifies the bulk buyers, get high-quality leads (Event Planning and Organizations), turns prospects into customers.
  • Demand for productions, make an accurate forecast based on sales trends and have a knack for organizing and proper planning.
  • Enhance and upgrade service quality and speed.
  • Improve Customer satisfaction and solicit customer’s feedback.
  • Research on competitor’s Price, Range and Taste and Price Integrity.
  • Manage and Supervise Quality control, Hygiene, Expiry Control and Cleaning.
  • Ensure that products on the shelf/floor are constantly replenished.
  • Have a strong people management Skills.

7.) Administration Manager (Retail)
Job Brief
  • We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.
  • A great administration manager has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.
  • The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)

8.) Sales Assistant
Job Descriptions
  • To provide a wide variety of quality products to the satisfaction of customers; and with aim of giving an unparalleled product experience.
  • To help drive the business in the department by ensuring the availability of all range of product both in prescribed quality and quantity.
  • Strong Product Knowledge Skills
  • To achieve the department budgeted sales and profit target.
  • Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company.
  • Advising & serving customers.
  • Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need.
  • Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
  • Promotion of new products or special offers.
  • Promotion of loyalty cards to new and existing customers.
  • Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
  • Arranging window displays.
  • Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management.
  • Ensure resumption for work 1hr before the commencement of shift.
  • Ensure that standard personal hygiene is maintained in line with company laid-down/stipulated guidelines.
  • Ensure that the work area and all display shelves/pieces are cleaned before and after use with recommended solutions & chemicals.
  • All equipment should be cleaned before and after use - before the start of day’s business and at close
9.) Cashier
Job Description
  • A Cashier has the primary responsibility of handling customer purchasing and payments while facilitating a good interaction/relationship with the customer.
  • A Cashier is entrusted with the key responsibilities of complementing the customer shopping experience by evaluating the customer’s purchases, handling the customers’ payments for goods and services while making the process as enjoyable and least stressful as possible.
  • Assist to achieve branch budgeted sales and profit target.
  • Daily cleaning and maintenance of the checkout stations and other front-end equipment to ensure that they are kept in full working order at all times and all faults (if discovered) are to report immediately to superiors.
  • Ensure checkouts equipment are kept neat and tidy at all times and spillages are cleaned up immediately.
Ensure that all checkout stations ancillary devices-such as POS; scanners; price display attachments etc. are in good/working condition:
  • Maintain the stock and availability of checkout station's consumables such as shopping bags; thermal roll; printer roll; availability of small denominations for use as change.
  • Ensure products presented by customers are properly handled to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Crosschecking items presented for purchase by customer to see that they are in good condition.
  • Scanning all the items presented for purchase by the customer.
  • Ensure each customer’s trolley/basket is emptied before communicating the total amount to the customer.
  • Communicate the amount to the customer.
  • Processing various forms of tender e.g. cash, cheques, debit card, gift vouchers presented by the customer as means of payment.
